As you know “The core of reading is to stay in reading” that is why Ikirezi team is proud to offer you thousands of books across the English, French and Kinyarwanda language. We sources books in English from UK and USA and francophone from books France. Kinyarwanda books are mainly coming from inside the country. We do our best to source books from other African publishers, but struggle to obtain them. We hold permanent stocks in a comprehensive range of sections and all levels of readership:
Africa and Afro-African related matters like socio-economic developments; politics and political developments; ancient, medieval and contemporary history; racism; colonialism; philosophy, and of course, a very special eye for books related to Rwanda, where we also created a data base of “all” publication and availability status. This section includes regions like the Great Lakes region, Corn of Africa, Easter, Southern and West Africa.
Children literature and learning books which covers all ages and a broad range of topics and type of books: bath books, colouring books, first reading, reading alone, becoming an adult, picture books and encyclopaedias.
Adult literature with a well stored classical and contemporary Afro-African writers but as well biographies; crime and thrillers; contemporary fiction; easy readers; classics, poems, documentary fiction, essays and what come across doing our book research.
Books on current and past affaires, politics, science, technology, geopolitics which beside the Africa section include the Middle East, Europe, Asia and the Americas; present topics and discussions, international relations, contemporary history.
